GEOMEMBRANE LINERS
Geomembrane liners remain the optimal choice for various containment applications. With its excellent impermeability it allows for exceptional durability, high chemical & UV resistance and offering superior weldability whilst being flexible enough to allow for ease of installation without compromising its integrity.
Geoliner is manufactured using the calendered “flat-die” extrusion process, in 7m widths and thickness ranging from 1mm up to 3mm. Our European-made extruders ensure the highest level of accuracy over continued long-term use. Geoliner can be custom-made to suit your project requirements, taking into account installation needs, roll lengths, truck and container loading configurations.
For identification, tracking and traceability, all Geoliner rolls are individually labelled and numbered. In addition to this, during the manufacturing process the liner is in-line marked with roll number and linear meter increments, making on-site quality control effortless.
Furthermore, our Geoliner can be co-extruded and manufactured to meet reflective and conductive liner requirements. Geoliner is available with a Smooth, Textured or Mega Textured finish that can be supplied in combinations of either single- or double-sided surfaces.

Our state-of-the-art laboratory ensures that all liner produced meet or exceed international standards such as GRI-GM13 (HDPE), GRI-GM17 (LLDPE) and the South African industry standard, SANS 1526. During the manufacturing process, continued pin-hole detection is applied across the whole width of the sheet providing advanced quality inspection.
Our logistical team ensure expert handling and loading of trucks and containers, along with all paperwork, and other commercial requirements for ease of border control and clearing. All Geoliner rolls are fitted with certified handling slings to assist customers with on-site off-loading activities.
